Managing asbestos in a town with such a rich heritage requires a refined and professional approach. At Evergreen Group, we provide expert asbestos surveys and removal services tailored to the unique property stock of Beaumaris and the surrounding Menai Strait area. Whether you own a historic townhouse on Castle Street or a modern residence in Llandegfan, we offer the technical expertise needed to manage asbestos risks safely and sensitively. The varied architectural history of Beaumaris means that asbestos can be found in a wide range of materials. In older period properties, it was often introduced during mid-20th-century renovations, appearing in textured coatings, floor tiles, and insulation around heating systems. In more recent developments and residential estates, materials like asbestos cement and insulating boards are more common. Our P402 qualified surveyors are experts at identifying these materials in diverse settings, providing the clear, professional guidance that Beaumaris property owners rely on. For homeowners and businesses along the Beaumaris seafront, the coastal environment can impact the condition of external building materials. Salt air and high winds can accelerate the weathering of asbestos cement products, such as soffits, rainwater goods, and roofing sheets on outbuildings. We offer detailed assessments to ensure these materials remain safe, and we provide professional, non-licensed removal services when their condition poses a risk. Our goal is to protect both the heritage and the residents of this beautiful coastal town. Evergreen Group leads every project directly, ensuring that all our Beaumaris clients receive a highly personal and professional service. With 10 years of industry experience, Evergreen Group and its trusted subcontractors of trusted subcontractors and operatives handle each job with the care and attention to detail it deserves. We are not a large national firm; we are a local business based on Anglesey that values the relationships we build within our community. We pride ourselves on our transparency, honesty, and technical competence. We believe that every client in Beaumaris deserves clear information and reliable service. That is why we use an independent laboratory for all asbestos testing, ensuring that our results are completely impartial. We provide fixed-price quotes and handle the entire process, including the legal disposal of waste and the provision of all necessary documentation. With £2 million public liability insurance, you can trust Evergreen Group to manage your asbestos concerns in Beaumaris with professionalism and integrity.
