The properties here range from traditional stone cottages to established family homes and agricultural outbuildings. Managing asbestos in such a setting requires a deep understanding of older building techniques and a respect for the local heritage. At Evergreen Group, we provide professional asbestos surveys and removal services tailored to the needs of Aberffraw residents, ensuring that the village's historic character is preserved while keeping its people safe. In a rural community like Aberffraw, asbestos is frequently found in agricultural settings, such as cement roofing on barns and outbuildings. Within the village itself, older residential properties often feature asbestos in textured coatings, floor tiles, and insulation materials that were introduced during 20th-century renovations. Our knowledge of these common materials, combined with our experience working in rural Anglesey, makes us a trusted choice for local homeowners and farmers who need clear, professional advice on managing asbestos risks. We understand that for residents in more rural parts of Anglesey, like Aberffraw, Malltraeth, and Hermon, finding specialist trades can sometimes be a challenge. Being based in Holyhead, we are committed to serving our local communities across the island. We plan our visits to Aberffraw carefully to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service, whether it is for a single sample from a shed roof or a comprehensive refurbishment survey for a village cottage renovation. We believe in providing the same high standard of care to every client, regardless of their location. Evergreen Group leads every project directly, bringing a personal touch and a decade of hands-on experience to Aberffraw. We operate as a dedicated team, using trusted subcontractors and operatives to ensure that all work is carried out safely and professionally. We are not a large, faceless corporation; we are a local business that values its reputation and the trust of the communities we serve. Our goal is to provide honest, straightforward information that helps you make the right decisions for your property. Transparency is fundamental to our service. We use an independent laboratory for all asbestos testing, ensuring that our results are completely unbiased and accurate. We provide detailed reports and all necessary legal documentation for waste disposal, giving you full peace of mind.
